Hanna Instruments HI98199 Multiparameter Portable pH/EC/DO Waterproof Meter

A robust, transportable multiparameter meter with a single digital probe input is the HI98199. You can attach a pH, conductivity, or dissolved oxygen probe to the digital probe input. The HI98199 can measure up to 10 water quality parameters using the three probes and an integrated barometric pressure transducer, with 5 being measured by sensors and the remaining 5 being calculated (i.e. EC to TDS). This expert, IP67-compliant waterproof meter comes with all required pH/temperature measurement accessories bundled in a tough carrying case.

Superior toughness
This meter is designed to survive immersion in 1m of water for up to 30 minutes and has an IP67 rating, making it waterproof. The battery compartment and connectors on the meter are sealed with rubber gaskets and epoxy to keep out any water that could harm the internal electronics. The HI98199 will fit comfortably in your hand and be waterproof, providing years of use.

Virtual keys and the low-profile vulcanized rubber keypad provide quick password, user ID, and sample site entry. To stop unauthorized changes, the setup of the meter can be password-protected. Digital Detectors

High-tech digital electrodes with an integrated microprocessor are used in HI98199 to carry out the measurements. Digital Probe Connection with Auto-Sensor Recognition and Quick Connect

A rapid and waterproof connection is made possible with the Quick Connect DIN connector. The meter will detect the inserted probe automatically and upload calibration data that has been stored. Then, each probe overcomes issues with traditional analog probes by sending readings to the meter digitally.

Transfer of Data via USB-C Port

When utilizing software that is compatible with Windows, the USB-C port is utilized to transport logged data to a PC. The HI98199 may record up to 45,000 samples either via interval logging over a predetermined time period or by recording a single reading on demand.

Pressure Transducer Built-In

For the purpose of measuring barometric pressure, the HI98199 contains an integrated pressure transducer. Any linked probe can be used to view the pressure measurement, however it is only used while measuring dissolved oxygen to provide automatic ambient pressure compensation.
