Hanna Instruments HI98162 Professional Portable Milk pH Meter
Using the FC1013 probe specifically designed for milk products, the HI98162 is a tough, waterproof, Foodcare portable pH meter to measure pH and temperature of milk products. Producers can improve their processing methods by understanding the pH of raw milk. Milk pH testing makes it easier to spot contaminants, spoilage, and infection symptoms.
